01.Annealing

02.Pre-Straightener M/C

04.Drawing M/C

This equipment uses a drawing carriage which is converted into linear reciprocating motion from the motor’s rotary motion and passes wire rods through dies to continue to extend thin wire rods up to an appropriate measurement. 05.Straightener M/C

06.Cutting M/C

In this process, a shear bush is used to cut the continually drawn material into an appropriate length. 07.Polishing & Straightener M/C

In this process, discs or two rolls are used to polish the product surface and straighten the product to create appropriate surface roughness and straightness in the final product. 08.Delivery Device

A equipment that sorts produced bars from the CDM process into good and defect and then load them for delivery. 09.Post Process

ECT & UT:Eddy Current Tester

This device inspects defects that are created on the material surface during iron and non-ferrous metal semi-production process.\

CG M/C:(Centerless Grinding M/C)

This polishing process has better measurement than CD bars and it helps to produce excellent surface finish.

Q/T：Quenching & Tempering Line Treatment

In this process, uniform mechanical properties and structure are given to the product through Q/T line of induction heater type to produce Q/T bars with high-quality straightness, thereby enabling the user to omit the correction process.

Off-line 4 roll machine

In this process, an off-line straightness correction is made to produce super-precisive straightened bar, with twice straightness than that of existing CD bars

10.Final Inspection

In this process, a finished product is inspected to assess whether the product meets required specifications.

11.Packing

In this process, the product is packed to prevent damaging, binded by unit according to the request specifications and standard packaging method prior to shipping.

12.Shipment
